摘要
文章基于已有文献,结合调研结果归纳高端住宅科技系统的4大技术构成:安全系统、绿色系统、健康系统和智能系统。以上海某科技系统技术构成完备的高端住宅为例,分析其科技系统基本构成及实现的功能,重点介绍其应用亮点,并综合客户反馈总结该住宅科技系统可提升之处,以期为高端住宅项目起示范作用。
Based on the existing literature and the investigation results,the article sums up the four technical components of highend residential science and technology system:safety system,green system,health system and intelligent system.Taking a high-end residential building in Shanghai with a complete technological system as an example,this paper analyzes the basic structure and functions of its technological system,focuses on its application highlights,and summarizes the improvements of the residential technological system based on customer feedback,with a view to providing a demonstration for high-end residential projects.
