代谢组学在中医气虚研究中的应用

Application of metabolomics in traditional Chinese medicine Qi deficiency

目的为代谢组学在中医气虚体质及其治疗药物研究中的应用提供参考。方法通过检索国内外数据库中的相关文献,对近年来代谢组学在气虚研究中的运用进行归纳和总结。结果代谢组学的研究思路与中医学相似,在中医气虚治疗研究中通过分析代谢产物对相关疾病标志物进行筛选,可为新药的研究提供潜在治疗靶点。对气虚患者用药前后的代谢产物进行分析,可明确药物作用机制并科学地评价药效。在中医证候诊断研究中,代谢组学在认识虚证本质方面提供了科学依据。人参对气虚证有显著的疗效,但人参对气虚体质的调节作用机制尚不明确。结论运用代谢组学技术可寻找气虚体质人群经干预后特异代谢产物的变化,寻找潜在的生物标志物,通过调节体内代谢达到预防、治疗疾病以及相关药品的开发等目的。

Objective To provide a reference for the application of metabolomics in the study of Qi deficiency constitution and the medicine.Methods By searching relevant literatures in domestic and foreign databases,the application of metabolomics techniques in Qi deficiency research in recent years is summarized and concluded.Results The research strategy of metabonomics is similar to traditional Chinese medicines(TCM).In the study of TCM Qi deficiency treatment,screening of related disease markers by analyzing metabolites can provide potential therapeutic targets for the research of new drugs.The analysis of metabolites before and after drug administration in patients with Qi deficiency can clarify the mechanism of drugs and scientific evaluation of drugs.In the diagnosis of TCM syndromes,metabonomics provides a scientific basis for understanding the nature of deficiency syndrome.Ginseng has significant effect on Qi deficiency syndrome,but the mechanism of regulation on Qi deficiency constitution remains unclear.Conclusion Metabolomics techniques can be used to find specific metabolite changes after intervention in people with Qi deficiency and to find out potential biomarkers,therefore to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating diseases and developing of related drugs by regulating internal metabolism.
