摘要
热电联产机组配备了大量复杂汽水管道支吊架结构,运行过程中时常出现状态异常及断裂事件,极大地威胁着机组的安全高效运行。因此,针对热电厂各种管道支吊架状态的缺陷检查及问题分析非常重要。本文以典型50MW热电联产机组为实践案例,针对其复杂管道支吊架状态进行全面检查及统计分析;不仅为该机组后期根据电力行业规程及标准进行逐项检修及故障排除工作奠定理论基础和依据,而且还为其它机组的支吊架检修及调整提供借鉴和依据,因此,其对热电厂联产机组汽水管道的安全保障具有重要的实际参考价值。
The cogeneration unit is equipped with a large number of complicated steam water pipe supports and hangers,which often appear abnormal state and fracture events,which greatly threaten the safe and eff icient operation of the unit.Therefore,it is very important to check and analyze the defects of various pipeline supports and hangers in thermal power plants.In this paper,a typical 50MW cogeneration unit is taken as a practical case to conduct a comprehensive inspection and statistical analysis of its complex pipeline support and hanger status.It not only lays the theoretical foundation and basis for the next step of the unit to repair and troubleshoot the fault one by one according to the regulations and standards of the power industry,but also provides reference and basis for the maintenance and adjustment of the support and hanger of other units.This paper has important practical reference value for the safety guarantee of steam pipe of cogeneration unit in thermal power plant.
