论国际化视野下国际学生辅导员专职化的必要性

随着高等教育国际化步伐不断加快、来华国际学生数量大幅增加,高等院校国际学生教育管理的压力日益显现,教育部要求高校为国际学生配备国际学生辅导员。目前国际学生辅导员教育政策不明确,职业规划、角色定位不清晰,国际学生管理大多由行政人员兼职担任,造成了国际学生管理低效率。只有全面建立专职国际学生辅导员队伍,并加以系统化、专业化培训,才能促进我国高等院校对外教育的可持续发展。

With the accelerated internationalization of education and the increasing number of international students coming to China,the pressure of international student management in universities is becoming more and more obvious.As the current career planning and role positioning are not clear,international student counselors are mostly part-time,resulting in low eff iciency of international student management.Only by setting up a full-time team of international student counselors and carrying out systematic and professional training can we promote the sustainable development of education in China.
