铁路无缝线路的养护维修探讨

Discussion on Maintenance of Railway Seamless Track

多根标准长度进行无缝焊接,形成较大长度钢轨铺设的铁路线路即为铁路无缝线路。相较于普通线路,其在较长距离内不需要使用钢轨接头,为列车行驶提供平稳、舒适的环境,同时,减少了线路日常维护保养的工作量及材料成本,大大延长了铁路设备、车辆的寿命。论文阐述了铁路无缝线路的特征,提出无缝线路的养护及维修工作的重点内容。

Many standard lengths are welded seamlessly to form a railway line with a larger length of rails,which is called railway seamless line.Compared with ordinary lines,it does not need to use rail joints in a long distance,which provides a smooth and comfortable environment for train running,reduces the daily maintenance workload and material cost of the lines,and greatly prolongs the life of railway equipment and vehicles.This paper expounds the characteristics of railway seamless track,and puts forward the key contents of maintenance and maintenance of railway seamless track.
