摘要
海绵城市建设在落地过程中存在较多的困难,涉及技术层面和管理体系等诸多问题。论文通过分析无锡市在海绵城市推进过程中面临的问题,结合现有的管理体系,提出科学合理的推进机制,为主管部门提供决策参考。
There are many difficulties in the implementation of sponge city construction,involving many problems such as technical level and management system.By analyzing the problems faced by Wuxi City in the process of promoting sponge city,combining with the existing management system,this paper puts forward a scientific and reasonable promotion mechanism to provide decision-making reference for the competent departments.
