Intelligent parking building is an important part of intelligent city.Advanced intelligent parking guidance and sign system can bring more comfortable parking experience for car owners.At the same time,supporting some commercial outlets,more intelligent parking building to become a highlight of the city.It is precisely because of the above functions that the MEP system of the intelligent parking building has the characteristics of wide specialty,small space and dense lines,which brings many troubles to the site construction.This paper introduces in detail the introduction of BIM technology in engineering practice.The whole process solves the problems encountered in the construction.and achieves good results.The benefits created are remarkable.It provides some reference for other similar large public buildings.
