随着社会经济的快速发展,中国城市化与城镇化进程的不断深入,建筑工程项目日益增加,建筑施工过程中存在的管理问题逐渐引起人们的重视。论文分析了目前建筑管理过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题积极探索具体的对策,为提升建筑过程管理和建筑工程质量提供一些借鉴。

With the rapid development of social economy and the deepening of urbanization in China,construction projects are increasing day by day.The management problems existing in the construction process have gradually attracted people’s attention.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current construction management process,and actively explores specific countermeasures for these problems,and provides some reference for improvingthe quality ofbuildingprocess management and construction engineering.
