加强高速铁路勘察设计管理工作的探索与实践

Strengthening the Exploration and Practice of High Speed Railway Survey and Design Management

由于高速铁路勘察设计管理工作贯穿于高速铁路工程建设全过程,是高速铁路建设项目管理工作的重要内容之一,必须对建设过程中的各类经验和问题进行总结和探索,通过科学、有效的措施加以改进,真正应用到实践中,才能更好地提升高速铁路系统建设成果。论文简要介绍了鲁南高速铁路2个区段的建设概况,并总结了这2个区段建设期间勘察设计管理工作存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施,为后续高速铁路勘察设计管理工作提供相应的实践依据。

As the survey and design management of high-speed railway runs through the whole process of high-speed railway construction,it is one of the important contents of the project management of high-speed railway,it is necessary to summarize and explore various experiences and problems in the construction process,improve them through scientific and effective measures,and apply them into practice so as to better improve the achievements of high-speed railway system construction.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of the construction of two sections of South Shandong high-speed railway,summarizes the problems existing in the survey and design management during the construction of the two sections,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,so as to provide the corresponding practical basis for the follow-up survey and design management of the high-speed railway.
