Photovoltaic power generation project can provide clean and pollution-free green energy.So,improving the construction quality of photovoltaic power generation project,ensuring the smooth progress of the project,and improving the management level of the project is an important problem to be solved.The whole-process project management of photovoltaic power generation project combines the characteristics of traditional management and highlights the requirements of new systematization and integration.During the construction of photovoltaic power station project,the project construction period,quality,safety,cost and other objectives shouldbe ensured to be realized smoothly.This paper expounds the meaning,advantages and process of the whole process project management,and analyzes the application of the whole process project management in photovoltaic power generation project.
