This paper explores the way to develop intelligence studies and practice under the mission”Remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission in mind”,which focused on the new era,new environment,new technology and new strategic background.The author analyzes the historical opportunity of intelligence studies and practice,and points out that the needs of national scientific and technical development,the progress of computer application technology and the widespread expansion of network have brought three opportunities to intelligence studies and practice in China.Then prospects the future of intelligence studies and practice aimed at the development of big data era,artificial intelligence and other technologies,six thoughts on the development of intelligence studies and practice are also put forward,Nanjing Consensus for the Development of Intelligence Studies and Practice is analyzed at last.
