The paper points out that China's national intelligence work system must change to adapt to the new requirement of the concept of "big data",therefore,big data thinking is the idea upheld by national intelligence work system reform,specifically:security thinking is the logical starting point of the national intelligence work system reform,cultural thinking is the basic conception of the national intelligence work system reform,technical thinking is the essence of the national intelligence work system reform,development thinking is the direction and destination of the national intelligence work system reform.
