云南区域协调发展水平测度与动态效应分解

Measurement and Decomposition of Regional Coordinated Development Level in Yunnan

利用人口与经济匹配度指标对云南省区域协调发展水平进行测度,可以发现,2000—2017年云南协调发展水平呈现上升态势,各州(市)的人口与经济匹配度均有所上升,其中大多数州(市)的人口份额始终高于经济份额,昆明的经济龙头地位突出。将协调发展的变化分解为经济集聚效应和人口集聚效应,可以发现,经济集聚效应在协调发展过程中起主导作用,人口集聚效应主要处于从属地位。为了促进云南协调发展,需要加快破除要素流动壁垒,尤其是人口要素的流动,进一步发挥昆明的经济辐射作用,推动滇中城市经济圈一体化,进而带动全省经济的协调健康发展,同时注意积极吸纳省外优质经济资源和人力资源。

This paper measures the level of regional Coordinated development of Yunnan Province by using the matching index of population and economy.It finds out that the level of balanced development of Yunnan Province shows an upward trend from 2000 to 2017.The matching degree of population and economy of each city has risen.Most cities have a higher population share than economic share,and Kunming has a prominent economic leading position.The change of balanced development is decomposed into the economic agglomeration effect and population agglomeration effect.It finds that economic agglomeration effect plays a dominant role in the process of balanced development,and population agglomeration effect is mainly in a subordinate position.It is necessary to speed up the removal of barriers to factor flow,especially the flow of population factors,further play the role of economic radiation of Kunming,promote the integration of the urban economic circle in central Yunnan,and then promote the coordinated and healthy development of the province's economy.It is also advised to pay attention to absorbing high-quality economic resources and human resources from other provinces.
