省域稳投资提效率的实证反思

基于SFA测度的省域投资效率的总体水平不高,在整体生产效率中的份额较低,存在巨大的效率提升空间。省域投资效率的空间异质性明显,呈低于总体生产效率的空间格局,分类施策改善余地大。省域投资效率与省域投资率之间的互动关联性紧密,二者间的总体变动态势具有此消彼长的内在契合性,二者之间的波动性差异明显,二者之间的内在相关性显著。要客观认识保持适宜投资率的重要性,优化投资结构,创新融资支撑体系,创造公平竞争的投资环境,稳定投资预期,创新投资项目运作机制。

Based on SFA measure,the overall level of provincial investment efficiency is not high,and its share in the total production efficiency is low,so there is a huge room for efficiency improvement.The spatial difference of provincial investment efficiency is obvious,which is lower than the overall production efficiency,and there are huge rooms for classification improvement.The interaction between provincial investment efficiency and investment rate is obvious.The overall changing trend between them is in line with the internal correspondence of rising and falling between them.The volatility difference between them is obvious,and the internal correlation between them is apparent.The importance of maintaining an appropriate investment rate should be understood objectively,and the investment structure Should be optimized,the financing support system should be innovated,the fair and competitive investment environment should be created,the investment expectations should be stabilized,the operation mechanism of investment projects should be reformed.
