苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药对咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of western medicine combined with suhuangzhike capsule in the treatment of patients with cough variant asthma

目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年7月~2016年7月保定市第一中心医院收治的100例CVA患者,随机数表法分为对照组50例,观察组50例,两组患者均给予西药常规治疗,观察组加服苏黄止咳胶囊,8周后比较两组患者肺功能(FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC),血清TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8水平及咳嗽症状(日间及夜间咳嗽症状)评分。结果治疗8周后,观察组患者FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8水平均较对照组降低(P<0.05),日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊联合西药常规治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘明显改善临床症状及肺功能,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of suhuangzhike capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of of patients with cough variant asthma.Methods 100 patients of cough variant asthma were divided into the control group and study group.50 cases were in the control group,which were given conventional western medicine.The And 50 cases were in the study group,which were given suhuangzhike capsule on the basis of the control group.The patients in two groups were observed the chang of pulmonary function and cough symptom score.Results FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC were increased(P<0.05),the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-4 and IL-8 were increased(P<0.05),cough symptom scores day and night were decreased significantly in the study group than control group after 8 weeks treatemt(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhuangzhike capsule combined with conventional western medicine could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function.
