临床护士预防住院病人静脉血栓栓塞症行为量表的研制及信效度检验

Development and reliability and validity test of clinical nurses′ behavior scale for prevention of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized patients

[目的]研制临床护士预防住院病人静脉血栓栓塞症行为量表,并检验其信度和效度。[方法]通过归纳、总结工作中静脉血栓栓塞症防治护理措施,结合查阅文献及专家咨询法,将临床护士静脉血栓栓塞症防治的要素框架预设为知识、态度、行为3个维度,拟定初始量表。通过对某三级甲等医院123名护士进行问卷调查,测定量表的信度和效度。[结果]通过项目分析,保留31个条目,条目的内容效度指数为0.853~1.000,量表的内容效度指数为0.917。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累积方差解释率为61.498%,各条目在相应因子上的载荷值为0.504~0.859。Cronbach's α系数为0.948,采用Pearson线性相关系数进行重测信度分析,Pearson相关系数为0.877,P<0.001。[结论]临床护士预防住院病人静脉血栓栓塞症行为量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于评价临床护士预防住院病人发生静脉血栓栓塞症知识、态度、行为,为病人安全提供保障。

Objective:To develop a clinical nurses'behavior scale for prevention of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized patients,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Through inducting and summarizing the nursing measures for the prevention and treat-ment of venous thromboembolism in clinical practice,combined with literatures review and experts consultation,the essential framework for the prevention and treatment of venous thromboembolism among clinical nurses was preset as three dimensions of knowledge,attitude and behavior.Then the initial scale was formed.The reliability and validity of the scale were measured by a questionnaire survey of 123 nurses in a Tertiary Grade A hospital.Results:Through item analysis,31 items were retained,and the content validity indexes of the items were at 0.853~1.000,and the content validity index of the scale was 0.917.Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis.The results showed that the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 61.498%,and the loading values of each item on the corresponding factor were at 0.504~0.859.Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.948.Then the Pearson linear correlation coefficient was used for retest reliability analysis.The Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.877(P<0.001).Conclusions:The clinical nurses'behavior scale for prevention of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized patients has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of clinical nurses on prevention of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized patients,so as to provide guarantee for the safety of inpatients.
