实习护生职业获益感与心理弹性及情绪智力的相关性 被引量:38

Correlation between perceived professional benefits, resilience and emotional intelligence of nursing students

摘要 [目的]调查实习护生职业获益感现状,并分析心理弹性、情绪智力与职业获益感间的关系,为提升实习护生职业获益感提供参考。[方法]采用职业获益感问卷、情绪智力量表(E motional Intelligence Scale,EIS)、Connor Davidson心理弹性量表(C onnor DavidsonResilienceScale,CD RICS)对辽宁省某三级甲等医院121名实习护生进行调查。[结果]实习护生职业获益感为(124.83±19.19)分,其中亲友认同维度均分最高[(4.87±0.80)分],正向职业感知维度均分最低[(4.02±0.83)分]。情绪智力、心理弹性均与职业获益感呈正相关(P<0.01),且心理弹性在情绪智力与职业获益感之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应量为19.64%。[结论]实习护生的职业获益感水平处于中等偏上水平,仍需进一步提升。情绪智力与心理弹性对职业获益感有显著促进作用,学校及实习医院可通过对护生情绪智力的开发及心理弹性的培养,提升其职业获益感水平。 Objective:To explore the status quo of perceived professional benefits and to analyze the relationship between the resilience,emotional intelligence and perceived professional benefits among the nursing interns,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving nursing students'perceived professional benefits.Methods:A total of 121 nursing interns from a tertiary grade A hospital in Liaoning province were investigated by using the Perceived Professional Benefits Questionnaire,the Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS)and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RICS).Results:The total score of perceived professional benefits was(124.83±19.19).Among all dimensions,the average score of the families and friends'identity was the highest(4.87±0.80),and the average score of positive occupational perception was the lowest(4.02±0.83).Emotional intelligence and resilience were both positively correlated with the perceived professional benefits(P<0.01).In addition,resilience played a intermediate role between emotional intelligence and perceived professional benefits,and the mediating effect size was 19.64%.Conclusions:The level of perceived professional benefits in nursing interns is above the middle level,which needs to be further improved.The emotional intelligence and resilience have a significant positive effect on the perceived professional benefits.It is suggested that schools and internship hospitals could develop the nursing interns'emotional intelligence and cultivate their resilience to improve their perceived professional benefits.
