计及电动汽车主动充电管理的配电网与充电站协同规划 被引量:10

摘要 在满足电动汽车的充电需求,进行充电设施规划的同时,需要考虑配电网的建设和扩容问题。文中建立了应用于已有部分配电网架建成,需根据规划期内各负荷点的电能需求,对配电网络的扩展建设方案和充电设施的容量进行协同规划的模型。考虑了基于充电价格的主动充电管理模式,结合消费者心理学原理描述电动汽车用户对电价的响应,通过适当增加充电负荷转移成本、降低规划期内的建设成本,使规划总成本减少。通过18节点配电网系统,对所提方法进行了仿真验证。 Along with the construction of electrical vehicle(EV)charging facilities to satisfy charging demand,the construction and expansion of distribution network should be simultaneously viewed.A collaborative planning model of distribution networks and charging facilities is proposed considering existing distribution lines and power demand at each bus in the network during the planning horizon.The active charging management scheme based on price incentive is utilized,as well as response of customers to change in price described using consumer psychology theory.The total planning cost is reduced by diminishing the construction cost of power distribution equipment while properly increasing the cost of transferring charging load.The proposed method is validated through using simulation of 18-node distribution network.
