酒店在实习生管理中存在的问题与改进措施——以厦门星级酒店为例 被引量:1

摘要 星级酒店是劳动密集型行业,酒店实习生在某种程度上不仅缓解了星级酒店用人紧张的问题,还为酒店节约了人力成本,因此加强酒店实习生管理对星级酒店经营发展有积极的意义。以厦门星级酒店为例,运用文献研究法和访谈法,分析星级酒店实习生管理的现状和存在的问题,并提出酒店实习生管理的改进措施包括加强校企合作,规范实习生管理;合理配置工作岗位,为实习生提供良好的发展平台;运用多种培训方法,加强实习生的再教育培训;制定科学的薪酬制度,调动实习生的工作积极性;加强与实习生的交流沟通,多方位关注实习生群体。 Star hotel is a labor-intensive industry.To some extent,hotel interns not only alleviate the problem of employment tension in star hotels,but also save human costs for hotels.Therefore,strengthening the management of hotel interns has a positive significance for the development of star hotel management.Taking Xiamen star hotels as the example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems for intern management in star hotels by using the methods of literature research and interview,and puts forward the improvement measures,including strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises to standardize the management of interns,reasonably allocating the work posts for providing a good platform for the development of interns,enhancing the re-education of interns by using various training methods,establishing a scientific salary system to mobilize the enthusiasm of the interns,and caring about the interns in various aspects by strengthening communication with them.
