高质量本科创新创业教育的问题及对策研究

Problems for High Quality Undergraduate Education in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Countermeasure

高质量的创新创业教育是我国高质量经济发展的重要支撑和保障。然而,我国高等院校对创新创业教育的基本规律、管理模式和培养方式仍经验不足。尤其是多主体协同育人机制不健全、实践平台建设落后、师资力量不足严重制约了创新创业教育的有效展开。因此,强化创新创业教师的主体责任、加快构建振兴高校创新创业教育的长效机制和制度保障、完善协同育人机制,深化协同育人领域改革是我国顺利实施高校创新创业教育的重点领域和关键环节。

High quality innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important support and guarantee for China's high-quality economic development.However,colleges and universities in China are still lack of experience in the basic laws,management models and training methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education.In particular,factors such as the imperfect mechanism of multi-agent collaborative education,the backward construction of practice platform and the shortage of teachers have seriously restricted the effective development of the education.Therefore,strengthening the main responsibility of relative teachers,speeding up the construction of a long-term mechanism and system guarantee for the revitalization of the education in colleges and universities,improving the mechanism of collaborative education,and deepening the reform in the field of collaborative education are the key areas and key links for the smooth implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China.
