摘要
针对储能系统(ESS)、光伏系统(PVS)和常规发电机(CG)接入微电网引起的非稳态运行问题,文中从运行可靠性和能源利用率两个方面对独立微电网系统的充裕性进行了评估,该系统具有快速的上升或下降需求和高光伏(PV)渗透率。预期未供应能源(EENS)对系统运行充裕性有影响,而预期未使用能源(EENU)反映了系统中发电或需求匹配的效率和能源剩余。评估了间歇电源接入与随机需求之间的充裕性,以及间歇电源接入与储能系统(ESS)、不同事故停机率(FOR)和旋转储备(SR)之间的协调能力。
In view of the unsteady operation problem caused by connecting energy storage system(ESS),photovoltaic system(PVS)and conventional generator(CG)into the microgrid,the reliability of the independent microgrid system is evaluated from two aspects of operation sufficiency and energy efficiency,which has rapid rising or falling demand and high photovoltaic(PV)permeability.The expected unsupplied energy(EENS)has an impact on the system’s operational adequacy,while the expected unused energy(EENU)reflects the efficiency and energy surplus of the system’s generation or demand matching.The adequacy of intermittent power access and random demand,as well as the coordination between intermittent power access and energy storage system(ESS),different accident shutdown rate(FOR)and rotation reserve(SR)are evaluated.
