摘要
无线发射机测试是无线设备生产中至关重要的一环,为提高生产效率,避免人工机械性工作,采用ATE系统是解决这一问题的有效方法。文中基于LabVIEW设计的ATE系统可以对多种仪器进行联合控制,实现了发射机芯片检测的自动化,同时详细介绍了其编程流程、模块化的编程结构、关键模块的设计与实现。经实际测试与应用,证明了该系统具有高效性和可靠性。
The wireless transmitter test is deemed the most vital part in the production of wireless equipment.Adopting automatic test equipment(ATE)system is an effective method to improve productivity and avoid manual mechanical operation.Based upon LabVIEW design,ATE system is designed,which can jointly manipulate multiple devices,realizing the automatic testing of transmitter’s chips.Additionally,the system’s programming process,the modularization of programming structure,and the design and realization of key module are introduced in details.After precise testing and application,the efficiency and validity of this system have been verified.
