摘要
文章基于社会交换理论,构建了关系型虚拟社区用户体验与持续使用行为的作用关系模型;对国内最具影响力的微信、微博和QQ三大关系型虚拟社区进行实证研究,发现不同体验成分通过感知个人收益影响持续使用行为,社区成员之间的特殊信任对持续获取行为和持续提供行为存在正向调节作用;通过进一步研究不同细分群体,发现不同性别和社龄的用户在上述作用关系中存在差异。
Based on social exchange theory,a research model between user experience and continuous behaviors was constructed.Empirical studies using the three most famous relationship-based virtual communities of WeChat,Microblog and QQ in China showed that different components of user experience influenced continuous behaviors through perceived individual benefits.Particular trust had a positive moderating effect on users’continuous behaviors to get and provide.According to the analysis of different populations,there was difference in the mechanism among different gender and involvement members.
