昆明市异地少数民族务工人员阅读贫困与阅读救助研究

A Study on Reading Poverty and Reading Assistance of Migrant Minority Workers in Kunming

文章通过抽样调研昆明市异地少数民族务工人员的阅读现状,揭示其在阅读时间、内容、手段、场所等方面面临的问题,从文化、经济、阅读环境、公共图书馆服务等视角分析造成少数民族务工人员阅读贫困的具体原因,并从唤醒阅读意识,提升图书馆服务水平,关注家庭阅读,企业、社会共同协作营造阅读氛围等层面探讨阅读救助具体措施。

By sampling and investigating the reading status of ethnic migrant workers in Kunming,this paper reveals the problems faced by migrant minority workers in reading time,content,carrier and place.It also analyses the specific causes of migrant minority workers’reading poverty from the perspectives of culture,economy,reading environment and public library services.And then it tries to explore specific measures for reading and rescue from the aspects of awakening reading consciousness,improving library service level,paying attention to family reading,and cooperating with enterprises and society to create a reading atmosphere.
