摘要
从20世纪90年代开始,专家系统在国外高炉得到推广应用。同时期,我国采用多种模式开发与应用高炉专家系统,但由于操作理念、检测数据、维护等原因,国内高炉专家系统没有达到预期效果。在新形势下,结合信息化技术、物联网技术,专家系统应该向高炉集约化、可视化管理模式发展。
Since the 1990s,the blast-furnace expert system has been extensively applied in the blast furnaces in foreign countries.Meanwhile,the expert system was developed and applied through multiple modes in China.However,the desired effects of the expert system were not satisfied due to the reasons of operation concept,data monitoring,and maintenance,etc.In the new situation,the expert system must be combined with the information technology and the internet of things,and evolves towards the intensification and visualization management mode of the blast furnaces.
