摘要
分别选取2%、4%、6%、8%、10%比例的HF配比7%、9%、11%、13%、15%HNO3的混酸溶液,在水浴35℃条件下对抛丸处理后热轧钛板表面进行腐蚀试验,采用失重法和化学分析法测量试样质量损失和吸氢情况。试验表明,随着HF酸比例的提升,钛材表面腐蚀效果加剧,金属失重增加,并存在微量吸氢现象;随着HNO3比例的提升,腐蚀效果先加剧后缓慢,呈抛物线型变化。综合考虑,钛材酸洗中较为合理的混酸溶液应配置为HF酸6%~8%、HNO39%~11%,将该比例混酸用于实际生产,板带材欠酸洗和过酸洗比例不到1%,使用效果很好。
Four mixed acidswere prepared by mixing HF acid of 2%,4%,6%,8%,and 10%with HNO3 acid of 7%,9%,11%,13%,and 15%,respectively.The mixed acids were used to conduct corrosion tests on hot rolled titanium plate after shot blasting in a water bath at 35°C.The weight loss of the sample and the absorbed hydrogen were measured by weight-loss method and chemical analysis method.The results show that with the increase of the HF acid concentration,the surface corrosion of the titanium aggravates,the weight loss increases,and trace hydrogen absorption phenomena appears.With the increase of the HNO3 acid concentration,the corrosion intensifies first,and then slowly aggravates,showing a parabolic change.The optimum mixed acid consists of HF acid of 6%~8%and HNO3 ratio 9%~11%.The optimum acid shows good performance with a underpickling rate and a overpickling rate of less than 1%when applied to r practical production.
