摘要
乙烯渣油沥青是一种重质芳烃类富炭化合物,是制备高品质人造炭材料的优选前驱体。本文以乙烯渣油沥青为原料,利用元素分析仪、FTIR、UV、1H-NMR等检测方法分别对其结构进行表征。结果表明:乙烯渣油沥青的平均分子量为460.10,沥青中氮原子主要以R-NH-R存在,芳烃取代类型主要为多取代,并且分子结构以线性排列为主。在此基础上,采用改进的Brown-Lander模型得出乙烯渣油沥青芳环上具有较多的短链烃取代基,平均分子结构式呈渺位缩合的七元稠环芳烃。
Ethylene tar pitch(ETP)is a heavy aromatic carbonaceous compound,which has been considered as a preferred precursor to produce high-quality artificial carbon materials.An ETP was used as the raw material in this study.Its structure was determined by elemental analyzer,FTIR,UV spectrum and 1H-NMR.The results shown that,in the ETP,the average molecular weight of is 460.10,most nitrogen atoms existe in the RNH-R structure,the multi-substitution is the dominate aromatic substitution type,and the structure of the ETP is mainly in linear arrangement.It is found by the modified Brown-Lander model that more short-chain hydrocarbon substituents exist on the aromatic rings of the ETP.The average molecular structural formula of the pitch is a cata-condensed seven-membered ring fused aromatic hydrocarbon.
