摘要
以北美高校为研究对象,通过文献研究,考察北美高校学术职业发展及其风险生成概况,分析其学术职业风险的主要趋向,并根据研究揭示的高校学术职业风险的生成规律,为国内高校识别、监测与防范学术职业风险提出相关建议。
By taking North American colleges and universities as the research object,the development and risk generation of academic profession in North American colleges and universities were investigated through literature research,and the main trend of their academic profession risks was analyzed.Corresponding suggestions are provided for domestic colleges and universities to identify,monitor and prevent academic profession risks based on the generation rules of academic profession risks in colleges and universities revealed by the research.
