摘要
振兴乡村基础教育是地方师范院校的本质属性使然,也是地方师范院校凝练自身办学特色和优势,优化学科布局的要求。在市场经济和教育改革的大环境中,地方师范院校应从供给侧发力,将乡村文化融入教师教育,塑造师范生的乡村情怀,探索乡村教育教师发展支持服务体系,开展县、乡、校一体化的支持服务,探索政府主导下“三体联动”的职前-职后教师共同体建设,创设城乡教育互动新要素,盘活区域教师教育资源。
Revitalizing rural basic education is the essential attribute of local normal universities,and is also the necessity for normal universities to condense their own characteristics and advantages and optimize the subject layout.In the environment of market economy and education reform,local normal universities should provide side efforts,integrate rural culture into teacher education,shape the rural feelings of normal college students,explore the support service system for the development of rural education teachers,develop integrated support services for counties,townships,and schools,and explore the construction of pre-service and post-service teacher community under the leadership of the government,in order to create new elements of interaction between urban and rural education and to revitalize regional teacher education resources.
