摘要 有唐以降,道教的养生模式逐渐由外炼转为内炼,由外丹转向内丹,与传统医学相结合,形成了各具特色的养生方法。刘词顺应历史潮流,援医入道,注重家居饮食养生,结合自身炼养经验,提出了寡欲适度、顺时调养、动静结合等养生理念,推动了道教养生学的发展,至今仍有借鉴意义。 From Tang Dynasty,the mode of Taoist regimen changed from external training to internal training,from external Dan to Internal Dan.Combined with traditional medicine,Taoist regimen came to be peculiar.Liu Ci went with the tide of historical development and explained Tao by means of medicine,emphasizing domestic diet.Based on his own regimen,Liu Ci proposed the comprehensive idea of moderation,recuperation according to season and association of activity and inertia,promoting the development of Taoist regimen and having a far-reaching influence on the present.
