摘要
本文提出了一种集建筑能源、环境、安全指标于一体的综合性能监测管理系统,并对系统构建过程的总体架构进行了设计,最后对平台建设关键技术处理方法进行了研究,为规模化推动既有公共建筑综合性能提升提供技术支撑。
A comprehensive performance monitoring and management system that integrates building energy,environment,and safety indicators was proposed,and the architecture of the system was designed.Finally,the key technology methods of the platform construction were studied,which provided technical support for the scaled promotion of the comprehensive performance improvement of existing public buildings.
