社会资本理论下高校双创教育保障机制研究

On the Construction of the Guarantee Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges from Social Capital Theory

高校创新创业教育保障机制在社会资本理论视阈下存在教育实施主体价值观与利益诉求相左、资源分配不均和联动协调不畅等困境,高校创新创业教育必须增强实施主体价值共识,健全完善资源配置,形成校内外资源联动协调的效应,构建价值共建共享机制、互信互惠约束机制和资源优化整合机制,促进高校创新创业教育工作的开展。

The guarantee mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges should be premised on the value identification and resource integration,based on optimal allocation of resources and guaranteed by linkage coordination.In perspective of Social Capital Theory,the guarantee mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is in a dilemma,such as the conflicting values and interests of the main body of education implementation,the uneven distribution of resources and the poor coordination of linkages.Thus we must strengthen the consensus of the main body value,improve the allocation of resources and form the coordination of linkages between resources inside and outside schools.Additionally,we should build value sharing mechanism,mutual trust and reciprocity restraint mechanism and resource optimization and integration mechanism.
