利用互联网构建异地紧急支援网络,探索智能化服务开发,实现社会服务信息共享与合作共赢——“互联网+”正在改变社会工作服务的样态。在“互联网+社会工作”实践探索中,开始呈现出从基础层进行社会服务数据收集和整理、从平台层完成社会服务资源交互转化和安全防护,从终端层实现服务资源交互共享,即以基础层为依托、平台层为核心和交互层为外显服务转化的“互联网+社会工作”信息平台构建路径。
