“互联网+”背景下农业电子商务发展面临的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures for the Development of Agricultural E-commerce Under the Background of “Internet +”

互联网技术的迅猛发展给人们的生活带来了巨大的便利,同时也给农业电子商务的发展带来了前所未有的发展机遇。“三农”工作一直受到党和国家的高度重视,“互联网+农业”作为农村经济社会转型、推动乡村振兴战略实施的重要手段,是未来我国农业快速转型与发展的有力助推器。但是,我国尚处于转型与发展的初级阶段,农业电子商务的发展也并不算成熟,仍面临着诸多因素的制约。应加大专业人才培养力度、建立健全相关法律制度、完善物流体系建设、提高政府鼓励扶持力度,以促进我国农业电子商务的进一步发展。

The rapid development of Internet technology has brought great convenience to people’s life and also unprecedented development opportunities to the development of agricultural e-commerce.Issues related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been attached great importance to by the party and state."Internet+agriculture"is an important means to promote the rural economic and social transformation and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.It is also a powerful booster of the rapid agricultural transformation and development in future.However,as our nation is still in the early stages of transition and development,the development of agricultural e-commerce is not yet mature,and there are still many constraints.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural e-commerce under the background of"Internet+",this paper attempts to discuss the main factors restricting the development of agricultural e-commerce in China,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of agricultural e-commerce in China.
