摘要
借鉴民国初年湖南教育管理人才流动的经验,针对优质教育管理人才缺乏的问题,拟采用营造宽松环境、建立激励机制、去除教育行政化、培养教育管理者良好的职业道德等措施,来推动乡村教育管理人才的开发与利用,最终实现乡村教育的振兴。
In view of the shortage of high-quality educational management talents,learning from the experience of the flow of educational management talents in the early years of the Republic of China,we should create a relaxed environment,establish an incentive mechanism,eliminate administrative education and cultivate good professional ethics of educational administrators,so as to promote the development and utilization of rural educational management talents,and ultimately achieve the revitalization of rural education.
