摘要
英语时事新闻因其时效性、现场感、信息性及语言的规范性与逻辑性等特点,有利于学生进一步提高听力水平,扩大知识面,培养思辨能力。在听力教学过程中,教师应重视英语新闻的教学,结合教材,选择合适的新闻音频材料,采取行之有效的教学方法激发学生的学习兴趣,确保学生的听力水平及各方面语言能力得到实质性的提高。
With its timeliness,live coverage,informativeness and formal and logic language,English current news can be utilized to further improve students’listening comprehension,broaden their horizons and train their ability of critical thinking.During the listening teaching,teachers should pay more attention to the teaching of English news,choose appropriate news video and arouse students’interest in study with effective teaching method based on the teaching textbook,so as to make sure students’listening comprehension and other language abilities can be substantially improved.
