摘要
为了将顾客对产品的需求充分体现到产品的质量和服务上,利用质量功能展开(QFD)对顾客需求进行了多层次的演绎分析,同时结合资源限制条件来确认产品研发的关键质量特性(CTQ)和关键过程特性(CTP),确定实施实木复合地板设计与开发的重点和方向。
In order to fully reflect the customer's demand for products in terms of quality and service,QFD was used to deduce and analyze the customer's demand at different levels.At the same time,the critical to quality and critical to process of product were confirmed according to resource constraints,and the key points and directions of implementing the design and development of engineered wood flooring were determined.
