摘要
以20种规格型号不同的人造板样品为研究对象,分别采用1m^3气候箱法和干燥器法测试各样品的甲醛释放量,通过对比分析发现,本实验中的中密度纤维板、刨花板和胶合板样品的甲醛释放量气候箱法测试值在0.100~0.124mg/m^3时,其对应的干燥器法数值在0.5~0.7mg/L范围内变化。当干燥器法浓度达到0.7mg/L时,气候箱法浓度超过≤0.124mg/m^3的限量要求。
The samples of wood-based panels with 20 types of specifications were taken as the research object.The formaldehyde emission of each sample tested respectively by 1m^3 chamber method and desiccator method were compared.The result showed that the formaldehyde emission tested by 1m^3 chamber method was 0.100~0.124mg/m^3 while the corresponding value by desiccator method varies from 0.5 to 0.7mg/L.When the formaldehyde concentration by desiccator method reached 0.7mg/L,the relevant concentration by 1m^3 chamber method exceeded the limited requirement(≤0.124mg/m^3).
