摘要
为对综采面截割-移架尘源粉尘沉积附壁规律进行探究,基于Fluent的DPM模型对综采面的风-尘规律进行了数值模拟。模拟结果显示,粉尘沉积附壁的主要发生区域是采煤区和采煤机下风侧0~20 m的底板和煤壁、采煤区液压支架的上部。根据模拟结果,建议对污染严重的壁面进行喷雾处理,以清除粉尘并防止粉尘再次扩散。
In order to explore the dust deposition and wall attachment of cutting-advancing support dust sources in fully mechanized mining face, simulated the wind dust law of fully mechanized coal mining face based on DPM model of fluent. The simulation results show that the main area of reentrainment of dust is mainly the bottom and coal wall of the 0 to 20 m in the coal mining area and the lower wind side of the shearer, and the upper part of the hydraulic support in the mining area.According to the simulation results, it is suggested that the wall with severe pollution be treated by spraying to remove dust and prevent the re diffusion of dust.
