摘要
大湾煤矿11903工作面存在煤与瓦斯突出危险性。为消除该工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险性,该煤矿运用深孔预裂爆破的方法进行煤层增透,增透后进行抽采。建立高瓦斯低透气性煤层流-固耦合模拟方程,运用软件COMSOL结合MATLAB进行数值模拟研究。模拟得出进行深孔预裂爆破后40 ms内钻孔周围煤岩渗透率云图。模拟结果对进一步瓦斯抽采具有一定指导意义。
There is coal and gas outburst danger on 11903 face of Dawan coal mine.This coal mine uses the method of pre-splitting blasting of deep hole to conduct permeability improvement of coal seam and to conduct extraction after permeability improvement to eliminate the risk of coal and gas outburst in this working face. The fluid-solid coupling equation of high-gas and low permeability coal seam was established, COMSOL and MATLAB were used for numerical simulation. By using the software COMSOL and MATLAB, the numerical simulation was carried out to obtain the permeability cloud map of surrounding coal and rock within 40 ms after the pre-splitting blasting of deep hole. The simulation results have certain guiding significance for further gas extraction.
