摘要
煤泥水处理是选煤厂实现洗煤水闭路循环的重要环节,关系到整个选煤厂的经济效益和社会影响。分别进行了凝聚剂聚合氯化铝铁、絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(阳离子型、阴离子型和非离子型)对煤泥水处理的絮凝试验,探索了凝聚剂和絮凝剂复配的使用方法、使用剂量和加料顺序对煤泥水絮凝的影响,得到了最佳的复配工艺,研究了凝聚剂和絮凝剂复配在煤泥水处理中的作用。
Coal slime water treatment is an important link to achieve closed-circuit circulation of coal washing water in coal preparation plant, related to the economic benefits and social effects of the entire coal preparation plant. The flocculation experiment of coal slurry water treatment was carried out by adding the coagulants polyaluminium chloride iron and polyacrylamide flocculant(cationic, anionic and nonionic), respectively. By such flocculation experiment, we explored the effect on the flocculation of coal slime water by changing the method, dosage and sequence of adding coagulant and flocculant,obtained the optimal flocculation process, and studied the synergistic effect on coal slime water treatment by combined use of flocculant and coagulant.
