摘要
对陕北张家峁矿井长焰煤进行了筛分和浮沉试验分析,绘制了可选性曲线,并利用δ±0.1含量法对原煤进行了可选性分析研究,得到了块原煤(300~13 mm)和末原煤(13~0.5 mm)在理论分选密度分别为1.3、1.4 g/cm^3和大于1.5 g/cm^3时的可选性等级。这些研究结果为该矿区煤炭的加工利用、洗选工艺设计和煤炭产品的智能化定制生产提供了理论依据和参考方法。
The screening and float-and-sink tests have been carried out to investigate the washability of the long flame coals in the Zhangjiamao coal mine of northern Shaanxi.Then the raw coal washability curves have been drawn,and the classifications of washability have been studied based onδ±0.1 near-density material,acquiring the classes of washability of block raw coal(300 to 13 mm)and powder raw coal(13 to 0.5 mm)at the theoretical separation density of 1.3,1.4 g/cm^3 and greater than1.5 g/cm^3,respectively.The study results provided theoretical basis and reference methods for the process and utilization of coal,design of the cleaning process,and the intelligent customization production of coal products in these coal mines.
