摘要
在分析采动稳定区地面钻井施工中遇到问题的基础上,介绍了一种套管钻井可钻式钻头,主要对钻头的结构设计、刀翼设计进行了阐述。并通过有限元对可钻式钻头进行流场模拟分析,分析结果表明,该钻头的结构设计合理,井底流线顺畅,满足可钻式钻头正常排渣,保障了可钻式钻头的使用寿命。
Based on the analysis of the problems encountered in the construction of ground drilling in the stable area of mining, a casing drillable drilling bit is introduced. The structure design and blade design of the drill bit are mainly described. The finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the flow field of the drillable drill bit. The analysis results show that the drill bit has a reasonable structural design and the flow line at the bottom of the well is smooth, which can meet the normal slag discharge of the drillable drill bit and ensure the service life of the drill bit.
