摘要
为满足轨道交通用地下掘进重型设备(盾构机)电缆市场的迫切需求和提高电缆使用的安全性,开发了一种综合使用性能较好的乙丙橡胶绝缘高柔性中压盾构机电缆。介绍了该电缆的结构设计、材料选择和关键工艺技术。该电缆通过将地线分成3股放置在相线芯周边间隙中间,表面挤出兼容性橡胶材料进行保护,使电缆在进行弯曲时地线的受力形变保持平衡,缆芯结构比较稳定。经检测,该电缆具有高柔性、高耐温等级、耐油、阻水(要求时)、电压等级较高等特点。
In order to meet the urgent needs of the cable market of underground tunneling heavy equipment(shield machine)for rail transit and improve the use safety of cable,a kind of high flexible EPR insulation mediumvoltage shield machine cable with good comprehensive performance is developed.The structure design,material selection and key process technology of the cable are introduced.By dividing the ground wire into three strands and placing them in the middle of the gap around the phase wire,the surface of the cable core is protected by extruding compatible rubber material,so that the stress and deformation of the ground wire can be balanced while the cable bending,and the cable core structure is relatively stable.The cable has the characteristics of high flexibility,high temperature resistance grade,oil resistance,water resistance(when required)and high voltage level.
