高压氧及多学科干预治疗老年2型糖尿病足神经病变研究 被引量:4

摘要 糖尿病足和周围神经病变溃疡是糖尿病患者最常见并发症,在糖尿病患者中,糖尿病足发病率约为5%~10%,周围神经病变发病率高达60%~90%.高压氧及多学科干预治疗老年2型糖尿病合并糖尿病足和神经病变,优于常规治疗.能够降低患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性纤维母细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平,改善神经传导速度.高压氧及多学科干预治疗方法安全可靠、经济,对糖尿病足和神经病变早期康复有帮助,使患者肢体功能得到最大程度的恢复,从而提高生存质量.
