糖皮质激素在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用效果研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的:对糖皮质激素在类风湿关节炎患者治疗中的应用效果进行研究.方法:2015年4月-2018年10月收治类风湿关节炎患者40例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组各20例.对照组采用甲氨碟呤以及来氟米特片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合采用泼尼松片进行治疗.对两组患者炎性因子(ESR与CRP)、晨僵、关节肿胀数及关节压痛数、DAS评分、VAS评分变化进行比较.结果:观察组治疗后ESR、CRP水平及晨僵、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、DAS评分、VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于类风湿关节炎患者,可采用糖皮质激素进行治疗,能够有效控制患者炎性因子水平,改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用.
