摘要
目的:分析老年重症肺炎的临床治疗效果.方法:收治老年重症肺炎患者68例,探讨提高治疗效果的有效方法.结果:68例患者经过治疗,其中痊愈11例,病情好转32例,无效死亡25例.结论:老年重症肺炎患者基础疾病及并发症多,免疫功能低下.起病隐匿,病情凶险发展较快,死亡率较高.所以应尽快确诊,及时采取强力抗感染治疗,积极预防控制基础疾病和并发症,加强营养支持,可提高老年重症肺炎的治愈率,减少死亡率.
Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment and efficacy of elderly severe pneumonia.Methods:68 elderly patients with severe pneumonia were selected,we explored the effective methods to improve the therapeutic effect.Results:68 patients were treated.Among them,11 cases were cured,32 cases improved and 25 cases died.Conclusion:The elderly patients with severe pneumonia have many basic diseases and complications,low immune function,occult onset,rapid development of dangerous conditions,and high mortality.Therefore,diagnosed as soon as possible,promptly take strong anti-infection treatment,actively treat basic diseases and complications,and strengthen nutritional support treatment can improve the cure rate of severe pneumonia in the elderly and reduce mortality.
