摘要
文章主要介绍了JWF1213型梳棉机的技术特点,并以纯棉普梳纱、纯棉精梳纱、纯涤纶纱的生产实践为例,通过探讨配棉、工艺流程设置,测试并分析筵棉、生条及成纱质量指标,结果表明JWF1213型梳棉机的生条棉结去除率、杂质去除率均达到较高水平,条干CV值和重量不匀率均在客户质量控制范围之内,能够满足纺织厂实现优质高产、节约用工、利润最大化的目的和要求。
The paper introduces the technical characteristics and application of JWF1213 carding machine.Taking the production practice of cotton carded yarn,cotton combed yarn and polyester yarn as examples,the paper discusses the cotton assorting and process setting,and testes and analyzes the quality indexes of mat,card strip and yarn.Results indicated that both the removal rate of nep and impurity removal rate of the sliver on JWF1213 carding machine reach a high level.The CV value and the unevenness of the weight are within the quality control range of the customer,which can meet the requirements of the textile mill on high quality,high yield,labor saving and profit maximizing.
