摘要
文章介绍了国际纺织机械展览会(ITMA 2019)上针织装备的参展情况及技术特征,归纳认为本次展会针织机械的新技术亮点与热点分别是针织短流程生产技术、成形编织技术、经编横移控制技术、4D提花技术、智能传感技术和互联网应用技术等6个方面,并指出德国、日本等先进针织设备在制造精密性、结构先进性、运行可靠性以及传感智能化和产品优质化等技术方面继续处在领先地位,而中国产品的设备制造技术、特别是智能控制技术也已达到一定的水平,具有较强的性价比和竞争力。
The paper introduces the situation and technical characteristics of knitting equipment presented at ITMA 2019.It is concluded that the new technology highlights and hotspots of knitting machinery in this exhibition are short-flow knitting production,full-fashioned knitting technology,shogging control system,4D jacquard technology,intelligent sensor technology and Internet application technology,and pointed out that Germany and Japan knitting equipment are still at the leading position in terms of manufacturing precision,structural advancement,operational reliability and intelligent sensing.While the equipment manufacturing technology of Chinese products,especially the intelligent control technology,has reached a certain level,with strong cost performance and competitiveness.
