壳聚糖纤维人体经编修补网的设计与制备

Design and Preparation of Warp-knitted Mesh with Chitosan Fiber for Ventral Hernia Repair

摘要 文章以纯壳聚糖纤维为原料,制备了3种不同结构的经编修补网,并对纯壳聚糖纤维、纱线和织物的热学性能、力学性能、抗菌性能等进行了研究与测试。结果表明,用壳聚糖纱线编织的3种不同结构的修补网力学性能较差,采用经缎面组织制作的修补网的性能略优于其他两种结构的织物,但纯壳聚糖修补网具有优异的吸湿性能、热学性能和抗菌性能,是疝修补网的最佳材料之一。文章研究结果对壳聚糖在腹疝修补中的工业应用具有理论和实际意义。 Three kinds of hernia repair mesh were fabricated through warp-knitting technology with chitosan fiber.And the properties of chitosan fiber,yarn and fabric were studied,including thermal property,mechanical property and antibacterial property.Results showed that the mechanical properties of these three meshes are poor.In terms of overall performance,the mesh fabricated with atlas stitch is superior to the other two meshes.Chitosan mesh is one of the best materials for ventral hernia repair due to its excellent hygroscopic property,thermal property and antimicrobial property.The study has a theoretical and practical significance for the application of chitosan in ventral hernia repair.
